Is it possible to get something custom created or personalized?

 

Yes, we can create and order custom orders, pricing will vary based on design, size, and availability. Please contact Eddie@thecamposgroup.com with any questions or requests.

Has my order been sent yet ?

 

You will receive a confirmation of your order after you check it out, and the link included will give you any status update from being printed, quality checked, and then shipped with tracking.

Part of my order is missing

 

If anything is missing from your order, please forward your confirmation email to Eddie@thecamposgroup.com and we will reach out to the printing company to resolve the issue.

Why does shipping take a little longer than usual?

We are using a print on demand service to have each piece of clothing custom created and sent upon ordering. This process can take a few extra days as the clothing goes through printing and quality assurances before shipping.

Can I track my order ?

 

Yes you will receive a tracking link via email.

You’ve sent me the wrong items

 

If you have received the wrong items please forward your confirmation email to eddie@thecamposgroup.com with a description of what you ordered, and we will reach out to the printing company to resolve the issue.
